The Complete Poetical Works of Edgar Allan Poe is a comprehensive collection of Poe’s poems with bibliographical and biographical notes on each poem. According to the editor of this book John H. Ingram, this compilation has its unique position as many writings of Poe has not been published anywhere earlier.  While most of Edgar’s poems have been published in bits and pieces in many journals, none of them can be treated with completeness and this collection is an effort to bring them into one sheaf.
