Synopsis

The Adventures of Buster Bear is a story for children, which narrates why we should not fear a stranger, is written by the Bedtime Story-Man Thornton Waldo Burgess, who is remembered for his numerous writings of children story books.

This story narrates the adventures of Buster Bear, a new visitor to the Green Forest. Being a stranger Buster‘s arrival creates panic among the residents like Little Joe Otter, Grandfather Frog and Farmer Brown’s son as his gigantic figure and gruff voice trouble them especially his intentions are not known.

Though Buster’s initial encounter with them was annoying them, over the period all of them become friends. Ironically when everybody was afraid of him, what was hidden is that Buster was afraid of Farmer Brown’s boy. The narration of the tale is a delightful read to the young minds, as it describes the nature and animal behaviors.
